Recommended Equipment & Accessories

• Convection Oven
• Heat Shrink Sleeve (1-2x JP-WRAP175 recommended)

• Bucket of room temperature water
General Sublimation Instructions - Convection Oven
• Preheat the oven to 356°F while preparing the tumbler. Press 6 minutes
• Remove the tumbler lid.
• Remove the handle of the tumbler using a Phillips head screwdriver.
o The screws of the handle are located on the bottom of the upper and lower ends of the handle.
• Print and place the transfer face down onto the tumbler. Secure transfer with heat tape.
o To create a full wrap-around image on the upper portion of the tumbler (including the area behind the handle), carefully push the handle brackets through the transfer paper.
• TOP PORTION OF THE TUMBLER: Slide heat shrink sleeve (JP-WRAP175 recommended) over top of the transfer paper. Use a heat gun to shrink the sleeve onto the glass.
o To help hold the transfer paper in place on the tumbler, first shrink the wrap onto the taped ends of the transfer paper, then shrink the rest of the sleeve around the transfer paper.
o Shrink one end of the sleeve first to help secure the transfer position on the tumbler.
• BOTTOM PORTION OF THE TUMBLER: Place the transfer face down onto the tumbler. Secure transfer with heat tape.
o Cut one WRAP175 in half and slide one of the halves onto the bottom portion of the tumbler.
o To help hold the transfer paper in place on the tumbler, first shrink the wrap onto the taped ends of the transfer paper, then shrink the rest of the sleeve around the transfer paper.
o Shrink one end of the sleeve first to help secure the transfer position on the tumbler.
• If sublimating onto the top and bottom portions of the tumbler, both portions of the tumbler should be prepared and heated at the same time.
o Heating the top and bottom portions of the tumbler individually is not recommended.
• Once the oven is preheated, place the tumbler into the oven and heat for the recommended time.
• When finished, carefully remove the tumbler from the oven using heat gloves.
• Remove the shrink sleeve(s) and transfer paper(s) from the tumbler and discard. Set the tumbler aside to cool.
o Optional: Submerge tumbler with shrink sleeve(s) and transfer paper(s) still attached into room-temperature water to cool. Once cooled, remove transfer paper from the tumbler and discard
