Shipping & Returns

We ship through UPS and Canada Post and all their regular and expedited services are shown at checkout for your convenience.

We reserve the right to verify the address and shipping costs offline and will let you know of any changes.  Fees must be paid before the shipment will be released.

 

We do offer local pickup - just choose in-store pickup when checking out and we'll send you an order note when your order is ready for pickup.

NEW!  We offer same day delivery services for Calgary customers.  If your address is inside the ring road charges start at $11.00, outside the ring road charges start at $16.00.  Orders must be placed by noon for same day delivery, otherwise you will receive your order the following morning.  Monday to Friday only.

 

LOSS AND BREAKAGE Coverage is an additional charge. Most couriers have a "Shippers Risk" group of items that they will not insure.

When choosing insurance please make sure to cover for the entire order amount, otherwise the claim maybe denied.

Note:  Insurance is only available through UPS delivery services.

Please note this is not replacement, but is a credit for the amount paid of the product.

We must be notified within 30 days of any issues, sent photos and all packaging kept or your claim could be denied.

 

If for any reason you don't see shipping costs, first check that your address has been entered correctly, including province and postal code.

If shipping costs still aren't showing please send us an email to shipping@qualitydigitalsolutions.ca and we'll get right back to you.

 

Estimated regular delivery time is stated on each product.  Expedited shipping is available.  All products that are in stock will ship by 3:00 pm (MST) daily if your order is received by 2:00 pm (MST).  These orders should arrive within 1 - 3 days for Western destinations and 3 - 5 days for Eastern destinations including Ontario.  For provinces beyond Ontario another 3 - 5 days can be expected. 

You can also track your order online by logging into your account and checking the order details for your tracking number and then enter it into the carriers website.

Disclaimer:

Returns of unwanted merchandise must be returned within 30 days in its original condition. These returns must be approved by Quality Digital Solutions and will be subject to a 20% restock fee.
Any credit that might be given will be setup as an In Store Credit ONLY.

 All vinyl is custom cut, and they are not eligible for refund or return! 

NO RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING

  • Change of Mind Returns: “Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error (e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong type, size, or color), and/or Unwanted gifts.
  • Third Party Returns: This are the items that you sold to your customers. If they are unhappy or unsatisfied about it, it will be your responsibility to fix it.
  • All sale or discounted items: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased on sale or clearance.
  • Ink and Toner: All ink, toner and drums are final sale. We do not accept any return or exchanges on ink, toners or drums.
  • All vinyl:  All vinyl are final sale. We do not accept any return or exchanges on vinyl.
