Lasering Fabrication Process
• Place Saddle Collection product onto the laser bed aligning to the zero point (upper left)
corner of the bed
• Ensure that the surface is flat and even by using a small level. The edges can also be
taped down to help flatten the surface, if needed.
• Focus laser to the product surface and send the job to the laser.
• Setting Recommendations
o 35 watt | 60 power | 90 speed | 600 DPI
o 60 watt | 20 power | 80 speed | 600 DPI
o 75 watt | 15 power | 80 speed | 600 DPI
o Note: May need minor adjustments to achieve optimal results.
• Remove product from laser and gently wipe engraved area with soft cloth dampened with

General Laser Engraving Instructions
• Place the product onto the laser bed and close the laser. The laser will automatically take a photo of
the laser bed.
• Import and position the artwork over top of the product in the laser software/dashboard.
• Once the artwork is positioned, engrave using the suggested starting settings.
o Settings may need adjusted depending on the laser tube wattage.
• When finished, remove the product from the laser bed.
• If cleanup is needed, wipe the surface with a clean cotton cloth lightly misted with isopropyl alcohol
UV Fabrication Process
• When UV Led printing on Saddle Collection, it is recommended to keep artwork
as simple as possible to minimize risk of warp or other surface damage.
• If your printer allows for the UV lamps to be adjusted, we recommend turning
them down 50% to minimize excess heat.
• It is not necessary to wipe down or use adhesion promoter on these products.
• To ensure equipment safety, focus to highest surface point of the product you are
printing.
• Follow your standard printing operation procedures.
Note: Process noted above are intended as safe guidelines and may need minor
adjustments to achieve optimal results.
Clean Up
• Remove product from printer and gently wipe with damp cloth
