White Ceramic Car Coaster

Recommended Equipment
• Standard Flat Heat Press
• Teflon Sheet(s) or Blowout Paper
• Heat Tape
• White Nomex Felt Pad

Recommended Settings
• Temperature: 360°F
• Time: 240 seconds
• Pressure: Medium/Heavy

General Sublimation Instructions
• Preheat heat press to 360°F. Set press time to 240 sec.
• Place White Nomex Felt pad on the bottom platen of the heat press.
• Adjust pressure to Medium/Heavy.
• Place the top face of the coaster onto the image of the transfer paper. Secure the coaster to the transfer paper with heat tape.
• Place the coaster with attached transfer paper onto the Nomex Felt Pad face down.
o The back of the coaster should be face up. The transfer paper should be underneath the coaster against the Nomex Felt pad. The sublimatable surface of the coaster should be face down, against the printed image of the transfer paper.
• Place a piece of Teflon sheet or blowout paper on top of the coaster.
• Close and press the coaster for the allotted time.
• When finished, open the press and remove the coaster. Remove the transfer paper and discard.
o Caution: Coaster will be very hot.
